Hands-On Mechanical Experience: Strong mechanical aptitude with experience or exposure to bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, lubrication, and rotating equipment.

Industry Experience: Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment is preferred.

Team Player: Strong communication and work ethic, with the ability to work collaboratively with other trades and team members.

Qualifications & Skills: 433A Industrial Mechanic/Millwright Certificate of Qualification recognized by Skilled Trades Ontario is required, along with basic computer skills.
